The next phase that Pan and Lalla are heading for is what we call the Ashram play.

An ashram is a place for a spiritual retreat.

It is a place for people who want to awaken from the dream of the conceptual dualistic mind.

The only hindrance for being in the here and now, to be simply present, is the belief in the always moving mind. Mind moves like a pendulum from one extreme to the next extreme.

Only in the present moment mind stops, no thoughts can move.

To be centered in the moment is to be centered in no mind and a deep relaxation and easy playfulness follows it like a shadow. An ashram is a place for learning through unlearning.

It is a place for fellow travelers, a place for spiritual friendship where people support each other to be in the here and now.

Awareness is the key

Mind is struggle, effort, tension, distrust.

No-mind is peace, easiness, relaxation, trust.

There are many doors to the no-mind, but without the key called awareness they do not open.

When one has that incredible luck to be with a master, one has found the master key to awareness.

Awareness is to be rooted in the here and now.

Once this happens, it expands silently and everything in life becomes a door to no-mind.

Then more and more a relaxed easiness arises and one crystallizes slowly in the stillness of the no-mind.

Another little reminder

Another little reminder, good to remember.

After reflecting on the master-guru play, it appeared that the other part in the play, the disciple, is also quite unknown to the western, modern mind.

When one says disciple, the common misunderstanding is lower, minor. The mind thinks in hierarchies, in positions.

So hardly anybody knows what a disciple is, unless one has really been one.

Disciple means the readiness to learn, one is ready to learn.

The master-disciple relation is a spiritual love affair, the deepest relation possible, a communion of beings. The disciple dissolves into the master, the guru, who just represents the universal soul, the beyond, in human form.

To be a true disciple is a great ripening, it is to die to one’s conceptual mind.

One dies into the master, the guru, in deep trust and the resurrection happens silently, on its own.

One is twice born.

The soul is born, the beingness, the no-mind silently arises.

A little reminder

A little reminder, good to remember.

There is no way that one can find or choose a master or guru.

Simply because one does not know what it is.

One does not know the vibration, the wave length.

Because the unconscious or unenlightened state of mind is simply and plainly ignorant.

It also often happens that the ignorant lead the ignorant.

One has to ripen to stumble into the grace of recognizing a real master or guru.

At this point one needs to remember that to be accepted as a disciple always happens from the side of the master, the guru.

To drop the personality, to live without a certain character is to be natural.

Only then one lives ones originality, when one is natural again.

We are all born with our natural originality, but we have to lose it.

It’s the human journey.

The personality and its characteristics are unnatural.

It is the side-effect of the impressions created by society, childhood influences and not dissolved karmic resonances.

This whole strange blend is like a hologram which appears as our personality and its characeristics.

It’s a false, not real appearance.

It is not our original, individuality. We just believe it, since we have forgotten the original source. The originality only is discovered again when the whole mind with all its impressions, believes and concepts is transcended.

Only then one is a simple individual again and lives its natural originality in a humble, friendly and loving way.

The mirror of life

Life is a mirror. It always shows us our state, what we are from moment to moment.

In whatsoever situation we find ourselves, it is created by ourselves, knowing it or not.

The seeds we sow is the harvest we get.

The mind wants to believe in the circumstances. It wants to put its unconscious creation on the outer.

Mind is always ready to blame its surroundings, the people, life is not treating me fair, etcetera.

The reality is that in the mirror of life all is very simple and clear.

The conscious acts create certain effects, as well as the unconscious acts.

So when things are going beautiful it’s the effect of consciousness.

When things are going difficult, disappointing etcetera, it’s the effect of unconsciousness.

In any case, we are the circumstances and its side-effects ourselves.

Everybody is responsible for whatsoever happens to them.

Nobody ever does something to anybody.

It’s all our own doing that creates the situation we find ourselves in.

The mirror of life shows it every day. One needs only to look inside of oneself every day and one gets a clear reflection on one’s state of mind.

The outer just makes the inner visible.

Once one lives beyond the grip of the dualistic mind the mirror of life shows every day the perfection of universal consciousness, playing on every level of existence.

A cycle is completed

Tuesday January 23, 2017

Just this morning while sitting silently before the morning meeting I suddenly remembered that 18 years ago at the end of January the sharing of beingness with people happened for the first time.

In all these years the beingness has immensely expanded. It is still deepening and unfolding.
It is obvious to me that there is no end to this happening.

The 18 years of sharing and being in a certain way available came to a completion.

Whenever a cycle is completed, another one starts.

The next cycle is opening. It is opening for people who have a strong urge to awaken from the dream of the mind. The final phase of my life I would like to dedicate to individuals who are searching for the crystallization in beingness.

Lalla and I are open to anybody who wishes to start their journey into beingness, or if it has started already, to center and finally crystallize in beingness.

Beingness is not something one becomes. It is a remembrance, a realization.
The beingness is already inside of everybody as a potential. It just needs to be discovered.

At this point I would like to share a quote from Osho about this subject:
“The original source of all tension is becoming. One is always trying to be something. No one is at ease with himself as he is. The being is not accepted, the being is denied and something else is taken as an ideal to become. So the basic tension is always between that which you are and that which you long to become.”
